323硬闖政院案 警今第二波約談學生群眾

警方偵辦反服貿群眾323硬闖行政院案，今天開始展開第二波約談行動，選在台北市刑大和保安警察大隊兩個地點進行，不過，截至目前為止，只有一人到案，這名男子供稱，當天他確實有在行政院廣場靜坐，不過，驅離時就已離開。針對他的說法，警方還要再釐清。

另外，警方表示，將連續三天約談17名已通知過但拒絕到案的群眾和學生，如果再傳不到，將會依妨害公務、毀損等罪嫌將涉案人直接函送台北地檢署。
