最牛一輪／矽品來電 工銀F6夠勁

矽品（2325）自結3月合併營收64.62億元，月增16%，年增30.11%，站上第1季單月高點。展望第2季，由於平價智慧型手機和平板電腦市場需求穩健，台積電也調高第1季營運目標，法人預估矽品第2季高階封測業績可正面看待。

法人表示，矽品日前公告上調全年資本支出金額，從原先的96億元，調升為147億元，增幅達53%，新增的資本支出都將用在擴充高階封測產能。

看好矽品後市的投資人，可留意相關認購權證，如工銀F6（073160），目前價內7.8%，實質槓桿有5.87倍。
