我受夠無聊，無趣宅在家的生活了

誰可以給我個不錯的方向建議?

我目前大學休學，整天宅在家

想找工作，但是不知道從何下手，也會怕進去被欺負，過的不暢快，另外想問如何適應新環境，讓自己可以在裡面過的很爽，不犯法且不得罪人，也不麻煩自己

我目前的生活超即無聊整天在家打game，在家運動，我沒什麼朋友，不太擅長與人交際，對不熟、不認識的人會很害羞，我也很怕得罪人

我不懂的話查懂充實自己，不過我覺得這樣不夠，還挺無聊的，受夠了
