為中國鋼鐵公司百分之百轉投資公司的中鋼保全，為招募人才自4月起與潮洲就業中心合作，每月舉辦徵才活動覓優秀新血，招募至高屏及新竹科學園區工作的駐衛警人員，在地薪資25K起跳，有意願跨域工作則有34K水準。

從事系統保全、駐衛保全、監視系統、影像傳輸系統、門禁管理系統、出勤管理系統、停車場管理系統的中鋼保全其良好口碑，更榮獲第十屆國家品牌玉山獎全國首獎。

需輪班 臨場反應快
此次徵才的保全部分，徵求條件為高中畢業以上即可，沒有經驗亦可，其薪資待遇從25k-34k之間。目前徵求主要為在高屏及新竹科學園區駐衛的保全員。中鋼保全面試官魏宏杰經理表示，保全人員由於工作內容涉及客戶隱私與安全，除了要求良好操守外，還要有遇到緊急情況時的臨場反應，能配合輪班，因此從業人員要有體力好、臨場反應快及配合度高的特質。

跳脫傳統印象 有機會升管理職
