從處女膜到娃娃臉　林心如再告整型醫院

林心如遭南京某整型醫院冒用照片，憤而提告，美容醫院侵犯肖像權、名譽權，根據中國媒體報導，昨當地法院已正式受理起訴，據悉她索賠14萬元人民幣（約70萬元台幣），另含律師費4000元。也要求該醫院在全國公開發行的報紙上公開道歉。
 
擁有凍齡娃娃臉的林心如不是第一次因肖像權遭醫院冒用而提告，光是整型醫院，她從北京告到江蘇到浙江，堪稱中國整形醫院最愛冒用女星，但最慘的是，2年前一次遭醫院拿來用作「處女膜整型」的宣傳，也讓她氣到不會講。（葉婉如／台北報導）
