真空包裝食品營養價值會不會完全流失?

依據相關文獻記載,(真空包裝食品)其保存食品方法係以真空狀態隔絕空氣以保存食品之價值,但有一種厭氧細菌如肉毒桿菌可以在真空效果變差時進入,故若放置過久,真空食品仍會腐壞o除非是有放足夠防腐劑,不過此種保存方法對人體有另外副作用o因此砂鍋魚頭雖是真空包裝,仍要看其保存期限,即防止品質變差之期限,尤其是熟食食用期限會更短,若發現味道變差及腐敗,建議盡量不要食用,否則可能會有食品副作用之問題....我想你先看其包裝期限,再看魚頭是否有腐壞現象,而不是看尚否有營養..o
