電腦換個位置之後就無法開機了，求助

前幾天把電腦換個位置之後，Windows 7開機都會卡在loading classpnp.sys的地方，
安全模式 or 除錯模式 or 修復模式都一樣。

後來想說就直接重灌，結果在啟動安裝程式時，停在Starting Windows畫面，
不管是光碟、隨身碟讀取都是一樣的狀況，完全沒辦法執行任何動作。

原本以為是硬碟的問題，昨天去新買了一顆也是一樣的狀況，
請問有可能是哪個設備有問題嗎？
