江西省衛生計生委24日晚間通報稱，該省發現1例人感染H7N9禽流感確診病例。患者為75歲的許姓婦人，江西贛州市會昌縣人，目前在贛州市某醫院治療，病情穩定。流行病學調查結果顯示，該患者有禽類接觸史。

通報稱，該患者密切接觸者均已採取醫學觀察措施，迄今未發現異常。
