應納稅額=房屋標準單價x面積x(1-折舊率×折舊經歷年數)x地段等級調整率x適用稅率
所以整個公式看下來
房屋標準單價.面積.折舊率.折舊經歷年數這在你買進時就決定
只有地段等級調整率.適用稅率會漲
真正漲的凶的是土地稅
台灣和國外不一樣是兩個分開課稅
國外是單一房產稅
未來台灣兩個也會整合
