泰林科技賺錢還裁員　被砍員工上街抗議

國內半導體封裝測試泰林科技裁員，被裁員工日前曾赴新竹縣政府抗議，今上午又有10多人到勞動部陳情，自救會成員高喊「年齡本無罪，資深更可貴」，盼爭取工作權。自救會認為，泰林科技去年每股盈餘2.94元，卻為賺更多錢而對「年齡高、年資高、薪資高」的中年員工下手，盼勞動部說明。

勞動部勞動關係司司長王厚偉說，《勞基法》對不能勝任工作有嚴格門檻與程序，目前初步了解泰林的資遣有極大暇疵，該部不排除對泰林採取各項行政手段，包括停止聘雇外勞等；竹縣勞工處現已在處理泰林案，資方也同意今下午與員工進行勞資協調。（許麗珍／台北報導）
