傷後首次實戰 他火球還帶電

熱身賽被「打臉」的紅人守護神Aroldis Chapman，受傷後首度實戰投打對決，飆出「帶電」般的火球。

這形容來自打者之一的Brayan Pena：「Chapman攻擊好球帶，快速球像帶電一樣。看到他回來，實在太興奮了。他很有信心，這是好現象。」

Chapman在3月19日的熱身賽，被皇家隊的Salvador Perez的平飛球打中臉，彈著點相當靠近眼睛和鼻子。火球男被打到輕微腦震盪，脫離戰線。

相隔一個多月後，Chapman總算再度實戰對決，投了27球。「他投了各種球路，狀況犀利、球速飛快，」紅人教頭Bryan Price說，「他的滑球、變速球都很棒，就像球季中那樣。」

Chapman也覺得很棒，「沒有什麼不一樣，就是覺得很棒。」

不過，Chapman這次是在保護網後投球，這個禮拜得再找時間測試，把網子拿開，真正跟打者「面對面」對決。

Chapman不在的這段時間，紅人隊由Jonathan Broxton擔任守護神，出賽5場投5局，沒有失分，拿下4次救援成功。這角色他並不陌生，過去在道奇、皇家等隊，都曾出任終結者。
