包圍中正一分局 蔡丁貴要告蔡正元誣告

公投盟總召蔡丁貴今天晚間九點因不滿立委蔡正元狀告擋車民眾，號召群眾從立法院走到中正一警分局，群眾包圍中正一約半小時後，警方因怕群眾情緒激憤，將2名擋車民眾轉移到保安警察大隊製作筆錄。

蔡丁貴得知後，要群眾先回去立法院，他則和律師坐計程車到保大，要探視兩位民眾，蔡說，和律師討論後，認為蔡並沒有理由告民眾毀損，將對蔡正元提出誣告告訴。
