金管會表示，銀行公會將提供民眾查詢是否在銀行開立帳戶服務，並且研訂統一簡化的存款帳戶結清程序，以方便民眾處理自己的銀行帳戶。

金融監督管理委員會表示，銀行公會自下周一起(28日)，提供協助民眾本人查詢是否於銀行開立帳戶之服務措施，並研訂統一簡化存款帳戶結清的處理程序。

金管會表示，已經取消靜止戶的措施，但是民眾若有忘記在哪開戶的情形時，就可以到銀行公會查詢，有需要的民眾，可以拿最近一個月個人的戶籍謄本、填具銀行公會制定的「存款帳戶查詢申請書」，透過書面方式向銀行公會查詢即可。

銀行公會則會在收到文的7個營業日內，通知民眾曾經開戶的訊息。

另外對於存摺、印鑑遺失的存款戶，在衡酌銀行風險可控制前提下，亦已請銀行公會研訂統一簡化存款帳戶結清的處理程序，受理存摺、印鑑遺失的存款帳戶結清銷戶申請時，經確認客戶身分後，由客戶就存摺、印鑑遺失等切結事項簽具申請書即可。(中央社)
