林郁方：新機換訓原即有一定飛安問題

國民黨立委林郁方上午表示，陸軍昨日致電給他，指我國採購阿帕契新機還在保固期中，若失事原因為機械問題，可依約求償，但負擔配比須視合約而定。但失事原因究竟是過去一度停飛的「主傳動箱行星齒輪總成中的螺帽扭力失效」，還是人員訓練問題，相信調查很快就能有結果。他認為，接收新機初期，按過去經驗，原本就有一定比例飛安問題，只要能找出問題，換訓沒有問題。
