丹麥Noma餐廳今天再次榮獲全球最佳餐廳頭銜，成為4次獲得此一榮譽的餐廳，唯獨去年對西班牙El Celler de Can Roca餐廳拱手相讓。

開在丹麥哥本哈根的這家米其林2星餐廳供應的是北歐美食，今年再次名列英國「餐廳」雜誌（Restaurant）評選出的全球50家最佳餐廳之首。
