（中央社華盛頓28日綜合外電報導）美國國防部今天表示，俄羅斯已向美方保證，不會入侵烏克蘭。

美國國防部發言人柯比少將（John Kirby）說：「黑格（Chuck Hagel）部長今天與俄羅斯國防部長蕭依古（Sergei Shoygu）通過電話，蕭依古重申他的保證，即俄國軍隊不會入侵烏克蘭。」1030429
