台鐵員工殺主管未遂 起訴

〔自由時報記者林嘉東／基隆報導〕台鐵七堵調車場清潔工男子高有成，因不滿被公司業務處主任吳哲文責備未清洗列車，把吳男叫出辦公室後，冷不防持折疊刀猛刺吳男左後背一刀，致吳左胸穿刺傷深達7公分，送醫後撿回一命；檢方昨依殺人未遂將高男起訴。

檢方調查，55歲的高某因不滿被吳哲文糾正未清洗列車，憤而持刀殺害吳男，但否認有殺人犯意；不過，檢方認定高某朝吳某的左胸猛刺一刀，左胸是人體的要害，仍依殺人未遂將他起訴。
