疑煞車失靈 載菜車連撞17車

一輛滿載高麗菜的貨車，昨天晚上9點半左右下國道三號土城交流道後，疑因煞車失靈，連續追撞前方客運、遊覽車、休旅車及小客車等各式車輛共17部，所幸只有2人腿部擦傷及撕裂傷，但造成捷運永寧站前中央路三段嚴重回堵，直到深夜11點多才逐漸恢復暢通。

30歲黃姓駕駛說，他晚間7點多從雲林西螺載運約23噸的高麗菜要到板橋卸貨，行駛途中車輛狀況一切正常，但下土城交流道後，多次踩踏煞車皆無反應；他立即將車切換低速檔，並將方向盤往右切，但因地處下坡路段，才會連續追撞前車。
