4144次區間車，就批踢踢 時刻表板上的搭乘紀錄來看，誤點率（約正負五分鐘）不是很嚴重！

但是，4144次是區間車，行駛中要待避對號列車，再加上花蓮是終點站，依台鐵的定律，誤點很有可能會發生！

假設準點好了，你只保留約五分鐘轉乘的時間是不夠的，再加上花蓮站是台鐵三大特等站之一，五分鐘是否能有足夠的時間從下車月台到搭車月台是有疑問的？先購買好車票也不一定來的及！

建議你若使用鐵公路聯票的話，於羅東站時建議加價搭乘對號列車（如：272次及274次自強，甚至是278次太魯閣自強號），以確保搭的上4678次普快車！

＊小建議：台鐵轉乘預計時間建議至少要有十五分鐘以上，尤其是非對號列車（區間車、普快車等）
