勞工送潘世偉罐頭塔　4時27分人潮散去

勞工團體選在「五一勞動節」上街遊行，雖然氣候不佳，但民眾還是穿著雨衣參與，遊行隊伍中午12時於凱道集結，下午2點左右出發遊行，總指揮還宣布遊行人數突破2萬。但遊行民眾到達勞動部前，與警方爆發數波衝突，200多名警力一度被逼得節節敗退，勞動部的鐵門也拉下來，大約4時27分左右，勞工團體才漸漸散去。 此次勞工團體遊行從凱道，走北市延平北路到達勞動部，警民一度氣氛緊張，警方手持盾牌勸阻民眾不要再往前推，但是民眾還是大喊「往前衝！」、「勞動部長不要躲」，警方被逼得節節後退，勞動部的鐵門也拉下來，後來民眾更搬來鋁梯，在勞動部大門前掛上四項訴求「低薪是國恥」、「派遣是元兇」、「貧富兩極化」、「經貿圖利誰」，更將勞動部長潘世偉的相片放在自製罐頭塔上，要送給潘世偉。
