高雄市環保局在鳳山溪流域追查汙染源，4月中旬夜間在流域內查獲2家被列管的工廠事業廢水出現超標情況，進一步稽查發現，從事食用加工用油製造的「強冠企業股份有限公司」放流水超標，且在半年內連續3次被查獲，依水污染防治法第73條，屬情節重大，將處以最高罰鍰60萬元並勒令停工。

環保局局長陳金德指出，1年來鳳山溪流域列管事業，已有4家事業單位因廢水超標遭停工，全市目前已有近20家次停工。環保局要求相關
