【動新聞】鼎泰豐實習生　還沒畢業月領50K

台中弘光科技大學餐旅管理系學生謝金豐透過學校實習方案，進入鼎泰豐餐廳實習，且成為全台唯一通過「一級考核」的實習生，還沒畢業就已經月入50K。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，謝金豐（22歲）實習期間除做好分內工作外，更利用休息空檔、下班時間留在廚房練習擀麵皮、包餡、捏小籠包的基本功，短短半年就通過鼎泰豐「一級實習生考核」方案，是全國唯一通過該考核的實習生，月薪上調為50K，還獲得鼎泰豐的工作合約，只要他願意，畢業後就可升為正式員工，月薪可望再往上調。

謝金豐表示，父親早逝、家裡又是低收入戶，還有3名弟妹要念書，可以讓媽媽暫時不用為錢擔心，「辛苦練習半年相當值得。」 （方翊倩／綜合報導）
