警政署：社會應支持警察行使公權力

國民黨青年團與青工會上午舉行「社會要安定，支持公權力」遊行活動，工會總會長曾文培帶領群眾在警政署大門口獻花表達支持警察行使公權力，警政署由副署長何海民代表接受。

何海民說，警察勤務原本就相當繁重，自318學運以來，陸續調動各地警力北上支援，除影響原本勤務運作，對警察體力及家庭更是造成不小影響，且陸續傳出員警傷亡情事，實非大家所樂見。

何海民呼籲，自由民主制度尊重個人的表達言論自由，但社會的安定有賴各界的維護，期待民眾都能以和平理性的方式表達訴求。
