如果一個家庭生二個男生, 也許會買二間,不是三間,其中一間是父母與兒子住
如果一個家庭生二個女生, 也許會買一間,不見得需要準備給女兒,若真的準備了,等女兒結婚,而您的假設又對, 他們直接就有二間房,暫時不必買房子,直到生第二個兒子才有需求

所以,我想您的假設,應該是從現在開始,全台灣每戶都生二個男生,而且全部都不跟別人結婚, 才會有大量的需求,不過,也僅止於一代,因為沒結婚, 沒生小孩, 就不需要再買了
