台聯黨團上午舉行記者會，質疑行政院向闖入政院民眾求償新台幣300萬元，但實際修復金額僅116萬元。

對此，行政院發言人孫立群表示，300萬元是在行政院被闖入破壞後，財物初估損失金額。目前行政院已確實修復所支出費用為116萬多元，但現今仍有仍尚未修復之處，包括新聞中心的SNG線路設備、麥克風線路設備以及舞台上燈架等等，這部分廠商估價為120多萬。
