世越號沉船 朴槿惠公開道歉

今天是佛曆2558年佛祖誕生日，大韓佛教曹溪宗在曹溪寺，舉行慶祝法會，為佛祖焚香獻花。朴槿惠總統出席慶祝法會發表祝詞，並就世越號客輪沉船事故，向全國國民公開道歉。

韓聯社今天報導，在南韓歷屆總統中，朴瑾惠是第一位出席慶祝法會的總統。據了解，朴瑾惠出席法會是為今年的法會，特意為「世越號」沉船事故遇難者表示哀悼、為撫慰遇難者和失蹤者家屬的傷痛舉行。

朴槿惠說，作為本應守護國民生命安全的總統，不知如何安慰那些失去親人的遺屬，她懷著無比沉痛的心情表示歉意。謹此為遇難者祈福，並為遺屬禱告，但願佛祖保佑。

朴瑾惠承諾，今後政府將深刻吸取教訓，對現有國家政策和系統進行徹底改革，有效保障國民人身安全。長期以來，南韓社會積累下各種弊端和問題，為了徹底破解公職人員不良作風，根除腐敗現象，確保政府清廉，政府正在探討最有效的方法。政府將竭盡全力建設安全的國家，不讓悲劇再次發生。（王長偉首爾報導）
