反服貿 李登輝：未充分討論說明

前總統李登輝全國地方巡迴演講列車，今天下午到桃園市婦女館，李登輝以他的歷史高度和智慧，主講「第二次民主改革」。他表示，二次民主改革的重點，是區域均衡發展，資源公平分配，權力還給人民。他認為，學運就是因為政府和中國大陸簽訂服貿過程，未充分對民眾說明，還有對台灣人民的傷害，加上立法院沒有充分討論，才引發抗爭。
