2014/1 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/30034692 Tel: +39 075.81.52.45 Add: Piazza del Vescovado, 8, 06081 Assisi (PG) Italia Web: http://www.lalocandadelcardinale.com/index.html 中午用餐也是在阿西西 餐廳個人覺得還滿特別的 是1449年時阿西西的統治者 紅衣主教–Bartolomeo Roverella的家 這家很特別的地方是 地板的是用透明玻璃 椅子也是用透明的 據導遊說 這椅子還是經過設計的 要價不菲 看起來硬梆梆的 坐起來卻挺符合人體工學 舒適度相當高呢~ ㄧ上桌 也是氣泡水跟麵包 麵包吃起來挺紮實的 沒有多餘的調味 只有單純樸實的麵粉香 澱粉類主食是番茄醬筆管麵 個人還滿喜歡這調味 酸中帶著甜~ 還有磨菇~紅椒等 醬汁均勻的在筆管麵中散開 感覺各種味道都很精緻 舌尖超級享受的這樣的美味 肉類的主菜是迷迭香雞腿 雞腿吃起來鮮嫩多汁 配上迷迭香的調味 更帶出他的香氣跟甜味 配菜是馬鈴薯跟櫛瓜 馬鈴薯塊有稍微炸過 入口的外皮酥脆~裡面鬆軟 整體吃起來也很不賴 飯後甜點是奶酪 吃起來挺有奶香味的 配上百香果醬汁 是酸甜的幸福味呢~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.69.251.112 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1399359920.A.D0D.html
