行政院目前正在審議勞動部提報的「派遣勞工保護法」草案，預計近期送立法院審議。由於外界有不同聲音，勞團甚至認為應全面禁止使用派遣，勞動部為此特別製作派遣法草案懶人包，以生動圖表向外界說明規範派遣的原由與立法重點。

懶人包點出，派遣有助企業彈性用人，不太可能全面禁止，強調問題不在派遣本身，而是派遣遭到濫用，政府因而有必要立法規範和管理派遣。懶人包還清楚簡要說明同工同酬、限制派遣使用人數和要派公司、派遣公司的雇主責任等立法重點。懶人包連結：www.mol.gov.tw/temporary/001.html。
