台北市一名男子在書店抓該邊（胯下），被一旁攜帶9歲女兒的媽媽控告妨害風化，以為是公然手淫，台北地檢署偵查後，男子出具該邊生瘡的醫師證明，強調是癢到受不了而非手淫，一切原來是場誤會，今天（5/6）作出不起訴處分。

人際間的互動原本就存在許多模糊地帶，發生各種誤會都不少見，但個案背後真值得嚴肅檢討的問題是：究竟為何凡是（疑似）牽涉到「性」的互動與展露，就經常遭到上綱上線地擴大解讀？而其中一方總是可以動輒藉由自己主觀上的感受不舒服，就非得要找出加害者出來開刀，義正辭嚴地訴諸司法嚴懲，指控其性騷擾、妨害風化或者公然猥褻，而媒體輿論也總是買單，甚至隨之起舞？...（閱讀全文）
