泰國憲法法庭法官7日裁定總理盈拉(Yingluck Shinawatra)濫權違憲罪名確立，無法繼續擔任總理，必須下台與解散內閣。判決盈拉有罪的法官住家8日凌晨遭丟擲手榴彈，所幸未造成傷亡。

泰國《曼谷郵報》報導，憲法法庭法官蘇波貼(Supote Khaimook)的住宅於8日凌晨2時許遭到投擲手榴彈，造成車庫與一輛汽車損毀，所幸當時他不在家，因而逃過一劫，家人也都平安。除此之外，泰國國防部後院也被安置炸彈，幸好遭到拆彈小組成功拆解，未造成傷亡。

外界擔憂，隨著盈拉濫權違憲罪名確立，必須下台，支持與反對政府的群眾恐將湧入曼谷抗爭，使得泰國政局動盪局勢加劇。
