勞動部近期將函釋休假小確幸

內政部今天通過修正「紀念日及節日實施辦法」修正草案，明年起，紀念日逢周六、日可補假，軍公教人員明年將可多出6天假。為讓勞工也享有同樣休假小確幸，勞動部今天說，近期也將發布函釋，勞工明年起的國定假日若撞例假日或休息日，同樣可補假。

勞動部勞動條件司長劉傳名說，相關公文已經上簽，預料最快本月底前就能正式公告。由於勞工目前並未全面實施周休二日，但只要國定假日撞到原本的例假或休息日，一樣可補假。
