什麼?驗車費要14萬?"晁積"在唬我嗎?

大家好
最近我朋友從國外運回來一台車,先不說搬運過程各種缺失和造成的損失,我們就驗車這方面來討論
請問各位較有經驗的人可以告訴我一下,驗車有什麼部分需要價錢到14萬?
還有為什麼驗車公里數會是100-200公里呢?
總覺得這家晁積公司很有問題,我們也要求退款了但是對方完全沒回應就暫時沒下文了...
不過還是想請各位幫忙解答一下,是我們被唬還是真的這是行情價?
