DRAM產業進入寡占結構後，市場從去年開始進入全面獲利的狀況。全球市場研究機構TrendForce旗下記憶體儲存事業處DRAMeXchange表示，2014年第1季DRAM產值再度攀升至99.4億美元，較上季成長2%，逼近百億美元規模。

DRAMeXchange表示，三大DRAM廠中SK海力士自無錫廠火災後浴火重生，營業利益從29%躍升至36%，表現最為亮眼，而其他廠商也都有不錯的表現，堪稱DRAM產業狀況極佳的一年，預估2014年DRAM產值可望來到455億美元，較2013年成長30%。
