美國半數州失率率降到6%以下

美聯社報導，美國勞工部16日說，全美近半數的州上個月失業率降到6%以下，這表示美國就業市場改善情況雖然緩慢，但在擴大中。

勞工部說，四月分有43個州的失業率下降，2個州上升，5個州維持不變。企業聘雇也在增加中：39個州的工作機會增加，10個州的工作機會減少，內布拉斯加州維持不變。

四月分有25個州的失業率為5.9%或更低。美國聯準會把「完全就業」訂為失業率5.2%到5.6%，之所以訂在這個層級，是因為如果失業率更低，通膨就會上升。
