麥當勞推職場體驗　將錄取1500人

速食龍頭麥當勞今、明日在全台超過3百家門市舉辦職場體驗招募活動，預計釋出1500名職缺，將包含5百名正職人員，還有百名外送人員，其他則是計時人員。

麥當勞表示，去年首創此1站式求職體驗，獲廣大迴響，吸引超過8千人報名，2天內即招募千名員工，人員留任率達59%，今年則吸引約1萬1500人報名。
  
針對薪資結構，麥當勞表示，目前單店計時人員約佔7成，時薪115元到141元不等，會隨年資、時段調整，優於業界水準，且升遷管道順暢，也鼓勵兼職人員轉任正職，像儲備幹部薪資即達3萬元，6到8個月就可升任最基層襄理，薪資3.3萬元，副理薪資則達4.2萬元，經理5.2萬元。（朱正庭／台北報導）
