晶圓代工大廠台積電去年年報出爐，董事長張忠謀在年報中的致股東報告書，明確說明台積電製程技術發展。

台積電預計，不僅20奈米已於今年正式量產，成為今明兩年營運成長的顯著動力，16奈米更預計於明年量產，緊接著10奈米更可能會提前在2015年底量產，同時台積電也看好智慧穿戴裝置，未來幾年可望呈現跳躍式成長，並且預期平板電腦2013到2018年間，年複合成長率可望達到16%，將是半導體業成長強勁動力。
