本報訊

CAS台灣優良農產品發展協會公布4月份抽查市售CAS產品245件，結果5件不符規定；除有知名廠用料不實在，也有產品被檢出禁藥，被認證的冷藏雞肉CAS被終止。

5件不合格產品包含新和興海洋企業生產的珍珍冷凍蟹味棒，澱粉使用超過規定比重；台灣卜蜂香酥肉排裹麵率高於標示；另有香里食品企業的香里豬肉酥，有2件實測脂肪率都超出規定的25%；已要求業者限期改善，將複驗。

但有一件驗出不得檢出的禁藥，即鹽水鎮冷凍肉雞產銷班肉雞電宰廠生產的冷藏棒腿，檢出硝化富樂遜代謝物。

農委會說，此為治療禽類呼吸道疾病藥品，但有的禽類未規定使用殘留值，就不得使用，已於5月7日終止該產品原料冷藏雞肉的CAS驗證；不過驗出的殘留量0.0016ppm很低，不至於造成食用者傷害。(中央社)
