事情發生到現在幾天了? 如果快滿半年, 也還沒和解, 我想不論你給不給這筆錢, 對方都不會撤告.

給了錢, 不夠又來要錢, 要不到錢, 又提告............

對方提告了, 接下來應該會先去檢查官的偵查庭,
檢查官會問是否有調解、為什調解不成功, 以及你是否有賠償意願, 再決定是否要發回調解, 還是起訴.
