〔自由時報記者黃文鍠／台南報導〕來自越南的馮名懷，與妻子黎氏妙妝來台打拚，不料妻子外遇要求離婚，加上孩子監護權問題生波，馮男去年九月將妻子殺死後分屍，台南地院以他沒有前科，加上行凶原因是妻子外遇及爭取小孩監護權，並非預謀性犯案，將他判處有期徒刑十七年六月。
