監委提名 王建煊指立院可擋

監察院長王建?昨晚接受《年代》專訪時，再次強調監察院是雞肋，食之無味、棄之有益，這就表示「不要最好」；他認為，現在修憲有困難，可以比照前總統陳水扁的方法，在立法院擋掉監委提名。王建 ?說，「據他所知，陳水扁執政時有3年沒有監委，也沒人說違憲！」

他指出，監察院是有效果，但弊大於利，因此棄之有益，而他也曾向政府提出修憲的想法，「人家接不接受是人家的事」。他批評，有人抱著《五權憲法》是什麼都不能動的，「你知道嗎？就是要死抱著不能動」；若有一天到地下遇到國父孫中山，孫中山可能會說「你們這些孩子真是差勁，我當初是一個方向，難道都不改嗎？若老子還活在世上，早就改掉了。」
