拍下與幼齒女友嘿咻 司機判2年

新竹市科技園區陳姓司機，去年帶15歲小女友回家中嘿咻時，竟拿手機拍攝5段性愛影片，後與女友鬧口角，他到女友外婆家大聲咆哮，要女友跟他回家，少女坦承初嘗禁果，還遭拍性愛影片，家人氣得報警。

新竹地院法官審理後，認定陳與少女嘿咻6次，依對14歲以上未滿16歲之女子性交罪各判6月徒刑，應執行2年徒刑；另就5段性愛影片，依拍攝未滿18歲之人為性交行為物品罪，各判6月徒刑，應執行1年10月，得易科罰金。

判決書指出，23歲陳男去年結交時年僅15歲的小女友，竟利用少女懵懂無知，帶他回住處發生多次性關係，還拿手機拍下5次性愛過程，並將影片轉存電腦。
