陸對美汽車雙反稅 WTO：違反規定

（法新社華盛頓23日電） 世界貿易組織（WTO）今天判決，中國大陸對美國製豪華汽車課徵反傾銷、反補貼稅違反世貿規定，美國勝訴。

中國大陸以美國傾銷與補貼汽車為由，2011年12月對美國製豪華汽車課徵雙反稅，美國因此向世貿提起申訴。世貿組織小組判決，大陸此舉違反世貿規定。

美國汽車最大海外市場是加拿大，第二就是大陸。美國向世貿組織提起申訴之後，大陸2013年12月停止課徵雙反稅。但美國堅持WTO作出判決。
