如果公司是22K 的低薪公司。怕大家談論薪水就算了。 薪水高的公司應該希望大家多多宣傳，吸引人才才是啊。 除非就是薪水發得不公平，比方說拍馬屁的領得比出嘴巴的多。 出嘴巴又領得比做事的多。如果覺得很公平何必怕討論。 如果怕員工自我膨脹，自以為不公。這種員工不要也罷。 但通常的情況是，會自我膨脹的員工就是拍馬屁跟只出嘴巴領得 多的那一群。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.251.217.194 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1401371557.A.45F.html
