中國晶體新材料公開發行案 證期局退回

證期局指出，中國晶體新材料控股有限公司申報以外國發行人身分，首次辦理公開發行普通股案，予以退回。

金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局表示，中國晶體新材料控股有限公司（China Crystal New MaterialHoldings. Co., Ltd）申報以外國發行人身分，首次辦理公開發行普通股6480萬股，每股面額10元，總額新台幣6.48億元案。

因財團法人中華民國證券櫃檯買賣中心於5月30日，撤銷中國晶體新材料控股公司外國發行人股票第一上櫃契約，及退回其上櫃申請案；因此公開發行案違反「外國發行人募集與發行有價證券處理準則」規定，依規定全案予以退回。
