趙藤雄涉行賄 遭裁定500萬交保

（中央社記者劉世怡台北31日電）檢調偵辦桃園合宜住宅案，昨天聲押前桃園縣副縣長葉世文、遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄等4人。台北地院今天裁定趙藤雄新台幣500萬元交保並限制出境、住居。

台北地檢署指揮廉政署查出，遠雄建設公司得標的桃園縣「八德地區合宜住宅招商投資興建（用地標售）案」，疑有行、收賄情事，昨天展開偵查。

經漏夜複訊後，檢方今天凌晨認涉嫌行賄的趙藤雄、遠雄集團幹部魏春雄、白手套蔡仁惠有串供（證）之虞及涉嫌收賄的葉世文涉及貪污重罪及有串供（證）之虞，對4人聲押禁見。

法院經隔離訊問後，台北地方法院今天上午陸續裁定葉世文、蔡仁惠羈押禁見，趙藤雄獲交保。1030531
