合宜住宅弊案　遠雄董事長趙藤雄500萬交保

北檢偵辦桃園縣副縣長葉世文經辦合宜住宅招標涉貪案，30日向台北地院聲押葉世文、遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄等4人。今(31)日台北地院裁定葉世文羈押禁見，而趙藤雄則被裁定500萬元交保。

台北地院31日上午6時許開庭審理後，8時許以涉嫌重大且有串證之虞，裁定桃園縣副縣長葉世文與台北科技大學退休教授蔡仁惠羈押禁見。遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄則被裁定500萬元交保，並限制住居、出海出境。

據了解，台北地檢署、廉政署懷疑遠雄集團負責人趙藤雄，為取得八德地區合宜住宅標案，行賄葉世文，檢方30日兵分20路發動搜索，並當場在葉世文住處及辦公室查扣現金1800多萬，也在遠雄查扣相關證物。
