有勾串滅證之虞 趙藤雄抗告失敗

針對遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄及副總魏春雄，不服北院裁定兩人羈押禁見提起抗告一事，臺灣高等法院已駁回抗告，裁定羈押確定；同時高院凌晨在官網發布新聞稿表明駁回理由。

高院指出，趙、魏兩人在合宜住宅行賄案中擔任關鍵角色，目前沒有完全解釋清楚犯案情節，在整起案件未完全釐清情況下，的確有勾串、滅證可能；另外對於遠雄銷毀機密文件一事，趙、魏兩人也無法提出合理解釋，因此高院駁回兩人抗告。
