官僚殺人？健保給付牛步　罕病兒等到死

又見官僚殺人？

今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，罹患罕病「非典型性溶血尿毒症候群」的葉小弟與曹小妹，因等不到健保給付的救命藥病逝。對此罕見疾病基金會痛批，「「救命不能等，罕病藥物申請健保給付卻被層層卡住！」，衛福部的國健署、食藥署、健保署3單位間互踢批球，讓申請卡關，平白葬送兩條小生命。
