eTag全民抓錯賞500元　僅0.07％領到錢

國道計程收費初上路時eTag頻出包，高公局1月30日起到5月底止推出「全民抓錯」，推出全民監督國道電子收費ETC通行費案，若民眾抓出錯誤且舉證屬實，每件發500元獎金，結果這4個月來檢舉雖如雪花般飛來、高達2751件，但根據統計，實際上領到獎金者僅21件、只有0.7％的人領到錢。

高公局為持續監督遠通電收，決定再推第二波全民抓錯方案，5月底到期後將再延長至12月31日止，民眾一旦舉報錯誤屬實，同樣可領500元獎金，但需在通行國道20天內提報。

高公局表示，遠通電收若對系統有信心，應可持續接受監督和檢驗，因此敲定該方案延長至年底；遠通電收表示，查證屬實的出錯案例，大多是因炫光導致人工車牌辨識有誤，但5月、6月幾乎沒出錯，有信心接受挑戰。(李姿慧／台北報導)
